Processing time

Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days. Processing may take longer during promotions, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Delivery time

Standard delivery is generally expected within 3-5 business days after the order is processed. Carrier delays, weather, customs procedures, or an incorrect address may affect delivery timing.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we send the details to the email used for the order. Tracking may take some time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address changes

Email us as soon as possible if your address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has been processed or shipped.
